These terms are an agreement between you and Coderbydream ("we", "us") for using the SnapNosh app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use SnapNosh.

What SnapNosh does

SnapNosh helps you track meals, calories, macros, water, exercise and weight, and suggests a calorie plan and meal ideas. Nutrition values from photos, descriptions and barcodes are estimates made by AI and food databases, and they can be wrong. Check portions and labels when accuracy matters.

Not medical advice

SnapNosh is for general wellness. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. Talk to a health professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition such as diabetes, or have a history of eating disorders. Meal suggestions follow the preferences and allergies you enter, but always check ingredients yourself if you have an allergy.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SnapNosh.
• Keep access to your email or Google account secure; anyone who can sign in to it can sign in to SnapNosh.
• Give accurate details (height, weight, age) so your plan is calculated correctly.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, or at the delete account page.

Pro subscription

• Some features need a paid Pro subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions are sold through Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

Fair use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no uploading content that is illegal or not yours, and no automated access. We may limit or suspend accounts that do this.

Your content

Your photos, logs and profile stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, change or remove features, or update these terms. For important changes we will tell you in the app. We try to keep SnapNosh running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Liability

SnapNosh is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on estimates in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
